Shipping policy

Processing & shipping times

Ordered before 14:00 (Dutch time, CET/CEST) on working days: shipped the same day.

Ordered after 14:00 or on weekends/holidays: processed the next working day.

Target shipping time: we aim to ship within 1–2 working days, depending on the item(s) ordered (e.g. extra protection for heavy/fragile).

Some items (large/fragile/multi-piece) require extra packaging time. You will always receive an update if the processing takes longer.

Delivery & carriers

Shipping with reliable European carriers (track & trace).

Indicative delivery times after shipment:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days

Belgium/Germany/Luxembourg: 1–3 working days

Other EU: 2–7 working days
(Depending on destination, period and carrier.)

Shipping costs

Automatically calculated in the checkout based on destination, weight/dimension and service.

Heavy/oversized shipments may be subject to a surcharge. We will contact you in case of deviations.

Packaging & protection

Each package is carefully and shock-proof packaged; Fragile items get extra protection.

Wherever possible, we use recycled materials.

Partial deliveries

Orders with multiple items can be shipped in parts to ensure speed and security. You will receive a separate track & trace for each shipment.

Address

Request for a change of address? Contact us directly. After shipping, we can no longer change the address.

Failed delivery

In the event of missed delivery, a second delivery attempt usually follows or the parcel is taken to a collection point (info via track & trace).

Received damaged or incomplete

Please check your order upon receipt. Report damage or missing items within 48 hours (with photos) via our contact page; We will help you quickly.

Stock, pre-orders & backorders

If an item is not immediately available, we will inform you of the expected shipping date or offer an alternative/refund.
